According to GDPR you have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data:

  • Right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
Your consent is valid indefinitely, but you can revoke your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future in writing, without giving reasons and without incurring any disadvantage.
 

Operation of the Payroll Portal

This platform is operated and technically supported by Begis GmbH on behalf of the ZBW. The ZBW has agreed a data processing contract with the company SD Worx GmbH, which corresponds to Art. 28 GDPR. Begis GmbH is a subcontractor of SD Worx GmbH. The personal data are processed in a German data center. To obtain information from the provider or to claim your rights against the provider, please contact the provider directly. Server log files

This website is operated on behalf of the ZBW to fulfill a contract in accordance with Article 6 section 1 lit. b GDPR in connection with a consent according to Article 6 section 1 lit. a GDPR. To ensure the security of processing, the contractor collects personal data in server log files when this website is called up and when the services are used. The following data can be temporarily processed during this process:
  • IP address and internet service provider
  • Date and time of the page view
  • Address of the accessed page and address of the page from which the accessed page was referred to (referrer)
  • Name and version of the browser used and of the operating system.
The server log files are stored on the system for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose. The data is then either deleted or anonymized. Personal data from these log files are generally not passed on to third parties. In the event of attacks on the IT infrastructure, we will use the data for legal or criminal prosecution.

 

Employee data

The employee data are processed according to Article 6 section 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of consent. The consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future in writing to the HR management department of the ZBW, without incurring any disadvantage. You can obtain further information on the processing of your personal data in this portal via the ZBW-internal information channels of the HR management department.

Only technically necessary cookies are used on this website, which are temporarily stored on your device.

 
E-mails

If you send us an e-mail, your e-mail address will only be used for correspondence with you. No other use or disclosure to third parties will take place. We also point out that unencrypted e-mails can be read or even falsified by unauthorized persons.

 
Automated decision making and profiling
